The divorce drama continues in Finke v. Penske.

Publisher Jay Penske has taken Hollywood blogger Nikki Finke to third-party arbitration over Finke’s claim that she is owed $3.5 million after her departure from showbiz blog Deadline Hollywood, which she founded and which was bought by Penske, who disputes the claim.

Penske is seeking, in the company’s words, to “enforce its covenants not to compete and to obtain monetary damages.”
