Tronc’s Los Angeles plan for the Aon Center — which the union thinks has been abandoned but on Tuesday was still posted on the NewsGuild’s Web site — features, in addition to a helipad, a game room for top executives, spectacular views of the HOLLYWOOD sign and big executive offices.

Editorial staffers have more constricted space.

“Ross has declined to address that or the rumored Westside move with the troops,” said Matt Pearce, a reporter and member of the NewsGuild’s organizing committee.

Results of the Jan. 4 unionization vote will be revealed Jan. 19.

A Tronc spokeswoman did not immediately return calls for comment.
