America’s over the moon for Kate Upton!

The curvy supermodel is pictured lounging on a crescent moon in a stunning gold gown inside next month’s 100th-anniversary edition of Vanity Fair. The photo is a tribute to the glossy mag’s first cover, published in 1913.

The swimsuit stunner lights up the latest cover holding a birthday cake in a pic by photographer Annie Leibovitz.

The 21-year-old bombshell talked about her uncle, GOP Congressman Fred Upton, and tactfully dodged a question about his opposition to same-sex marriage.

“Um,” she said before a lengthy pause. “I definitely leave the politics to him. It’s a little bit of a touchy subject.”

Asked if she has ever debated her uncle about same-sex marriage, Upton said, “No! That is definitely not what comes up at our family reunions. That is not what we talk about.”
