One of the two executives accused of sexual harassment at Vice Media has been fired.

Back on Jan. 2, the millennial-focused multimedia company headed by Shane Smith had suspended President Andrew Creighton and Chief Digital Officer Mike Germano, following an explosive story in the New York Times about widespread sexual harassment claims by dozens of women.

Germano was founder of the digital ad agency Carrot Creative, which was purchased by Vice. Among many complaints: A former Carrot employee told the Times that, in 2012, Germano said he didn’t want to hire her because he wanted to have sex with her instead.

“Michael Germano is no longer with the company,” a Vice spokesman told Media Ink on Tuesday, confirming a report earlier in the Times.

Creighton remains suspended as that investigation continues.
