Alex Rodriguez and Mark Teixeira will be on the Yankees’ bench Friday for the series opener against the Blue Jays.

Rodriguez misses his sixth straight game with a sprained left wrist. Teixeira left Thursday’s game in Boston with a bruised right knee after getting hit by former Yankees reliever Alfredo Aceves.
