It’s hard for a storied franchise like the Yankees to still have firsts at this point, but newly signed reliever Adam Ottavino found one.

He’ll be the first player in Yankees history to wear the number zero, the team said Thursday, upon officially announcing his signing.

Ottavino wore the digit during his seven seasons with the Rockies, though there was some question whether he would get to sport it while wearing pinstripes.

In 2017, GM Brian Cashman told The Post’s Andrew Marchand, then of ESPN, he would be OK with a player wearing zero.

“I have no issue with No. 0,” Cashman said. “To me, it is just a number.”

It marks the final single digit left for Yankees players, with 1-9 all having been retired, most recently Derek Jeter’s No. 2 in 2017.
