Moises Alou said here today that he now doesn’t expect to come off the DL until next Tuesday, at the earliest, after suffering a slight setback with his strained left calf. Alou had told reporters earlier in the week that he was likely to come off the DL on Friday in San Diego. The Mets open a six-game homestand Tuesday against Arizona and Texas. The oft-injured Alou, who hurt his calf May 21 in Atlanta, said he felt tightness while running this week.
