Although the Mets might decide otherwise Moises Alou said after today’s 8-6 loss to the Padres here in San Diego that he is definitely returning to the lineup Tuesday for the start of a three-game home series against Arizona. The oft-injured Alou has been sidelined since May 22 by a strained left calf, and the Mets have definitely missed his bat.
