Left fielder Moises Alou just walked off the field in the bottom of the third here tonight in Atlanta with a cramp in his left calf. Alou has been beset by various injuries and missed the first month of the regular season due to hernia surgery. Alou was replaced by Marlon Anderson. 11:15 P.M. UPDATE: It turns out that Alou strained his calf and is heading back to New York for an MRI exam Thursday morning. The 41-year-old slugger said he is “not very optimistic” about a quick return.
