LAS VEGAS — Here’s a little more information on how the Mets’ discussions with Colorado for Huston Street went down: A few weeks ago, Omar Minaya called the Rockies and floated the possibility of putting Pedro Feliciano in tandem with Aaron Heilman to get Street. The Rockies asked for the weekend to think about it. When Colorado officials called back, it was Minaya who then said he didn’t want to do that. Now it looks doubtful the two sides will construct a trade because Heilman alone is of no interest to the Rockies.
