Chris Young’s fragile arm acted up again tonight and was scratched from his start against the Dodgers. He was replaced by Dillon Gee.

Young has already spent time on the disabled list this season with right biceps tendinitis. The righty couldn’t get loose in the bullpen before the start.

Gee had been forced to the bullpen because there was no room for him in the rotation with Young, Mike Pelfrey, Jon Niese, R.A. Dickey and Chris Capuano taking up spots.
