It’s roughly an hour before the first pitch, and the sky is threatening here at Wrigley Field for today’s scheduled series finale between Nelson Figueroa and the Cubs’ Ted Lilly.

The Mets (10-8) are going with a typical day-after-night getaway lineup, giving catcher Brian Schneider, right fielder Ryan Church and second baseman Luis Castillo the day off.

Schneider is still a little sore from that forearm bruise but should be back Wednesday for the start of a two-game set in Washington against the Nationals.
