After being surprised with a Darth Vader costume from her boyfriend, Oakland A’s pitcher and “Star Wars” aficionado Sean Doolittle, the brunette’s plans for watching Chris Hemsworth take on Moby Dick were quickly dashed on opening night of “The Force Awakens.”

“‘I bought you a new outfit,’ he said. ‘We’re going out tonight,’ he said. ‘Go try it on,’ he said. This is b——t,” the CSN host shared on Instagram.

Dolan’s review hasn’t come in yet — she had changed her name on Twitter to a deep-cut Star Wars reference: Aldeireaan Dolan — but Doolittle clearly enjoyed the latest installment of George Lucas’ beloved franchise.
