PITTSBURGH — Mets center fielder Carlos Beltran has recovered from the stomach ailment that sidelined him the past three games and will be in the lineup for the Mets here tonight against the Pirates. Beltran said he thought it might have been food poisoning, adding that the illness caused him to lose at least five pounds.
