“It snot funny!” Toronto’s Kevin Pillar hopefully joked.
Pillar, a 26-year-old trying to claim a spot on the Blue Jays’ major league roster, will have to miss a week with an oblique strain for sneezing.
Pillar suffered the injury while sneezing. That might sound weird but it's actually pretty common. #BlueJays

Add the left fielder to the pantheon of all-time best sports injuries. Here’s an incomplete short list of best/worst baseball injuries:
- Joel Zumaya missing the 2006 ALCS with a sore wrist — from playing too much “Guitar Hero.”
- Adam Eaton “stabbed himself” while opening a DVD.
- Milton Bradley argued with an umpire until he tore a ligament in his knee.
- Tom Glavine cracked a rib throwing up.
- And George Brett rushed to his TV to watch a baseball game, only to break his toe.
