Today the Braves are wearing their red shirts, which I like. I happen to like the New York Giants’ red shirts also — which they wear a couple times a year at the Meadowlands, I believe — because I think it’s different and sharp. I think the Mets should do something similar.

A couple of colleagues of mine have suggested maybe an orange shirt or a blue one. I’d probably prefer the blue one.

For the record, by the way, I do not like the Mets’ all-white uniforms, am a big fan of the pinstriped ones but also do like the black shirts.
