Phillies slugger Bryce Harper was left speechless after learning he had been voted the most overrated player in baseball.

The Athletic surveyed players around MLB on numerous subjects, and Harper, for the second straight year, was the top result for “most overrated player” in the anonymous poll.

“I don’t really know what to say,” Harper told USA TODAY Sports. “I mean, I have no answer. I have no idea.

“I knew ESPN did [a similar poll] a couple years back, and I won MVP the next year. So I don’t know. Maybe we’ll do that again this year. We’ll see.”

The 26-year-old received 62 percent of the votes in a survey that was conducted before he signed his monster 13-year, $300 million deal with the Phillies in February.

While some players must feel he’s not worth the price tag, Harper already has set jersey records, according to Fanatics. His No. 3 Phillies jersey set 24- and 48-hour records and became baseball’s No. 1 top-selling jersey, according to Major League Baseball, ending Yankees star Aaron Judge’s two-year reign at the top.

Harper had a .249/.393/.496 slashline with 34 home runs and 100 RBIs in 159 games for the Nationals in 2018. He’s set to make his Philadelphia debut against the Braves later Thursday.
