Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Clint Frazier is on his way to Tampa. He has been sidelined by concussion symptoms after leaving a game with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre last week and Boone added there was no timeline for the outfielder’s return.

“Not until he has all the symptoms subside,” Boone said. “Whether it’s a couple of days or a week, we don’t know.”

Boone said he talked to Frazier, who informed him he was “feeling a lot better.”

“He’s got to get to the point where he is symptom-free,” Boone said. “He’s not at a point where he’s an option [to rejoin the Yankees] right now. We’ll see how the days unfold. Once he is [right], he becomes an option.”

Jacoby Ellsbury also remains out, although he appears no closer to returning from his myriad of injuries, including hip, lower back and plantar fasciitis.

“That timeline doesn’t exist yet,’’ Boone said of when Ellsbury could play for the Yankees. “He’s not even back into baseball activities.”

Neil Walker was slated to start at third base on Friday, with Miguel Andujar as the DH. Walker, who is on a 12-for-34 streak, will continue to be used at first, second and third base, spelling Greg Bird, Gleyber Torres and Andujar.

Domingo German, who left his last start with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, was diagnosed with an ulnar nerve injury and won’t throw for at least 10 days.

Since throwing two straight scoreless outings against the Phillies and Red Sox, Luis Severino hasn’t looked much like the Yankees’ ace. In his past three outings, the All-Star has given up 14 runs — 13 earned — in 15 innings for a 7.80 ERA. He also has allowed six homers in those three outings — as many as he permitted in his first 18 starts.

The Yankees held a ceremony for Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz, the 15-year-old who was murdered in The Bronx by gang members last month in a case of mistaken identity.

His parents, Leandra Feliz and Lisandro Guzman, were presented with a framed shadow box of Junior’s NYPD Explorers jacket and hat and were greeted by Aaron Judge before Friday’s game was postponed.
