PHILADELPHIA — Angel Pagan hit leadoff and started in center field here Friday night in the Mets’ 4-2 loss to the Phillies, but that doesn’t mean Jerry Manuel or management has forgiven Pagan for his recent run of ridiculous mental blunders.
