The Mets are still beat up and lacking any semblance of power, but at least they headed into the off day on a high note when yet another sparkling Livan Hernandez performance paved the way for a 7-0 win Sunday over the Nationals. The respite is brief, though, with the Phillies and Yankees next on the docket.
