HOUSTON — The Mets will go for their second straight win as they adjust to life without Francisco Rodriguez.

Jerry Manuel continues to change his lineup card virtually every day and tonight he has rookies Ike Davis and Ruben Tejada back in it after they sat out last night. Jeff Francoeur gets another start in right, as the team’s only consistent offensive threat, Angel Pagan, gets a game off.

The Mets also are set to make a roster move to replace Rodriguez, out for the season awaiting surgery on his thumb. Ryota Igarashi is expected to join the team at some point today, up from Triple-A Buffalo.
