Carlos Delgado could be headed for the disabled list after his chronic hip ailment flared up over the weekend, the Mets said before tonight’s game with the Braves. Delgado isn’t expected to return to the lineup until Friday, at the earliest, and a decision on the DL could be made before that. Fernando Tatis replaced Delgado at first base against Atlanta.
