Left fielder Nick Evans underwent an MRI exam yesterday in New York, and the test revealed he has a mild quadriceps strain of his right knee. Evans was playing for Indios de Mayaguez in the Puerto Rican Winter League. He last played Nov. 19 and will now undergo 3-4 weeks of therapy in his hometown of Phoenix.
