Winners of four in a row, the Mets hope to continue their climb back into contention tonight when Johan Santana takes on the Rockies in the third game of a four-game set at Citi Field.

Santana is coming off one of his poorer outings of the year last Friday, giving up five runs in 6 2/3 innings while matching a career high with 12 hits allowed in an eventual 5-4 road loss to the Astros.

Santana, who is facing the Rockies for the first time in his major-league career, will take on Jason Hammel. The Colorado right-hander is 5-5 with a 4.28 ERA this season. Here is the 48-51 Mets’ order for the 7:10 p.m. game:
