ST. LOUIS — Fresh off taking two of three from the Brewers at home, the Mets try to keep the positive vibes going here tonight when Oliver Perez takes on the Cardinals at Busch Stadium. Perez is just 2-5 with a 4.62 ERA in his career against St. Louis but hasn’t faced the Cardinals since June 26, 2007, when he recorded a 6 1/3-inning no decision at Shea Stadium.
