The Mets will try to make it two in a row over the Astros this afternoon when Pat Misch takes the mound at Citi Field in the season’s next-to-last game.

Jerry Manuel is giving David Wright the day off and made Carlos Beltran a late scratch as the Mets look to win a series for just the third time since late July.

Misch, who is 0-0 with a 4.50 ERA in one career appearance against Houston, will face off against Yorman Bazardo. The right-hander is 1-2 with an 8.33 ERA in nine appearances this season, five of them starts.
