PHILADELPHIA — Carlos Delgado is back in the lineup today for the first time in a week as the Mets face the Phillies here this afternoon in the rubber match of their three-game series at Citizens Bank Park. Delgado had been out of the starting lineup for six games this week due to an ailing hip but felt healthy enough to play this afternoon.
