The Giants signed NL Cy Young winner Tim Lincecum to a one-year, $650,000 contract, the Post has learned.

Because Lincecum is still not arbitration eligible, he is still operating under a minor league/major league split contract. He would be paid $243,000 if he were demoted to the minors.
