Another day, another Jerry Manuel lineup that resembles what the Mets will look like on April 6 as John Maine tries to get back on track today in Grapefruit League action against the Cardinals in Jupiter, Fla. David Wright, who is getting another day of rest from the WBC, is the only regular not in the order this afternoon. Maine, meanwhile, is on the skids and prompting some worry after allowing 14 earned runs in his past 11 innings of spring work.
