PORT ST. LUCIE — The lineup is in for the Mets’ Grapefruit League contest here today against the Tigers, and it’s finally a familiar one for Jerry Manuel. Now that the WBC is finally over, Manuel can field an order for Oliver Perez‘s start this afternoon that at least mildly resembles what he will put on the field April 6 in Cincinnati. That means Carlos Beltran, Carlos Delgado and Brian Schneider (knee injury) are back, although David Wright is getting another day or two of rest.
