After missing the first month of the season recovering from surgery for a torn rotator cuff, Alan Horne lost his debut Saturday night for the Trenton Thunder against New Britain in Connecticut.

Horne allowed four runs (three earned) on six hits in 3.1 innings in taking the loss for the Thunder. He struck out five, walked four and hit a batter.
