A Philadelphia TV reporter this afternoon asked Phillies slugger Ryan Howard, “What do you think of this?’’ and showed him today’s cover of The Post featuring a Phrilly Shane Victorino in a skirt.

“He needs to shave his legs No. 1,’’ Howard said. “It’s a bad look. I might pull it off a little better than Shane. It’s not a good look.’’

Howard continued: “We are going to have fun with it. It’s the World Series. I’m glad it was Shane.’’
