After several good starts in a row on his way back from early-season injury troubles, Phil Hughes hit a big speed bump in his return Sunday against Lehigh Valley, when he allowed five runs on eight hits in 3.2 innings, striking out four and walking none.

Hughes will next pitch Friday or Saturday.
