TORONTO — Derek Jeter gets the night off for the Yankees, with Eduardo Nunez taking his place at shortstop.

Nunez will play alongside Ramiro Pena, at third base in place of injured Alex Rodriguez (calf).

Nunez was called up from Triple-A on Thursday when Lance Berkman (ankle) was placed on the disabled list.
