Kate Upton sure knows how to celebrate.
On Sunday, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit stunner posted a sweet message to husband Justin Verlander, after the Astros defeated the Yankees in Game 6 of the ALCS on Saturday to advance to the World Series.

While Upton, 27, did enjoy a victory lap on the field with Verlander, 36, she also mingled with Houston Rockets point guard Russell Westbrook, who appeared to wear a custom Astros jersey.
Like Upton, Verlander also took to Instagram to toast to an Astros win, calling his teammates “Family.”
The Astros will face the Washington Nationals in Game 1 of the World Series on Tuesday.
