I’ve taken every opportunity to take shots at Ian Kennedy when he has struggled for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes Barre, so it’s only fair that I give him some credit when he has a quality start like he did Saturday. Kennedy gave up one run on three hits with two strikeouts and a walk in seven innings against Lehigh Valley to improve to 2-2 with SWB this year. We will see how he does in his next start, which should be at home Thursday against Richmond.
