At least one Yankees fan is happy Manny Machado isn’t coming to The Bronx.

After hearing the news that Machado is headed to the Padres on a 10-year, $300 million contract, a young fan at spring training was thrilled.

“Good, I don’t want Machado on the Yankees,” the kid screamed in SNY footage. “I don’t want anybody from the AL East. I don’t want [Xander] Bogaerts, I don’t want [Mookie] Betts, I don’t want [Josh] Donaldson. I don’t want any of those guys.”

Clearly, this fan hasn’t forgotten about all the years he rooted against Machado as a member of the Orioles.

“It’s kind of like taking Tom Brady from the Patriots and adding him to the Dolphins,” he said. “It just doesn’t happen.”

A few Dolphins fans would probably disagree and might be willing to overlook all the times Brady broke their hearts for a Super Bowl title.
