The lineups and some quick notes today from scalding Shea Stadium, where John Maine (pictured) and the Mets try to break the club’s four-game skid by taking on the Diamondbacks in the first game of a three-game series. As noted earlier, Moises Alou is back from the DL and back in the lineup in left field. Marlon Anderson, who also is back from the DL, said that he didn’t really have what the Mets listed as strained hamstring. It was a tendon that popped. Anyway, he is good to go, saying, “No limitations.”

With the Mets struggling again, Willie Randolph was asked if he feels stressed or under pressure personally. He insisted he doesn’t. “No. I don’t get caught up in all that,” he said. “I’m concerned about my team playing better and playing well.”

We might get rain later, so we’ll see if they get this in. If they do, the 30-32 Mets will look like this:

Jose Reyes SS

Luis Castillo 2B

David Wright 3B

Carlos Beltran CF

Carlos Delgado 1B

Moises Alou LF

Brian Schneider C

Endy Chavez RF

John Maine RHP (6-4, 3.47)

The 34-30 D’backs are going with this order:

Chris Young CF

Stephen Drew SS

Orlando Hudson 2B

Conor Jackson 1B

Mark Reynolds 3B

Chris Snyder C

Justin Upton RF

Jeff Salazar LF

Micah Owings RHP (6-4, 4.50)
