We’ve got the lineups for tonight’s pitching matchup between Mike Pelfrey and the Nationals’ Odalis Perez at Shea in the first game of a three-game series. The biggest change for the Mets is in the No. 2 hole, where Ryan Church has replaced the ailing Luis Castillo in the wake of Castillo’s 0-for-15 slump. Castillo, who hasn’t looked at all healthy after offseason knee surgery, is now batting eighth.
