A star was born Saturday during TCU-Coastal Carolina in Omaha, Neb. Only a few years after he was literally born.

The College World Series broadcast zeroed in on a young fan, who was ready for ESPN’s camera. Volleying between a stone-faced stare into your soul and a sort of shoulder shimmy paired with wiggling eyebrows that would melt the heart of any preteen out there, the kid instantly became a huge hit on the internet.

With an oblivious mom (presumably) by his side, the piercing stare and little jig shared a moment with the camera, a dance made more special by the intimacy.

Then Mom locks eyes with the lens, then with her son, and the magic is lost, his unrelenting glare lightening into a warm smile and laugh.

Oh, right, Coastal Carolina won, 7-5.
