Just because Mariano Rivera retired, doesn’t mean he isn’t still thinking about his former teammates.

Helping distribute gifts in Manhattan on Wednesday for the holidays, the former Yankees closer had a very specific present in mind for longtime bachelor Derek Jeter.

“A female doll,” Rivera joked, “so he would have a wife.”

At the event held by Dick’s Sporting Goods, the future Hall of Famer also said he’d get graying manager Joe Girardi a bottle of hair dye, a better guitar for Bernie Williams and “a piece of paper” for Robinson Cano, so the free agent could sign it and call it a contract.
