PORT ST. LUCIE — Left-handed relief candidate Tom Martin fell down the stairs at his home here on the off day Wednesday and suffered a broken right wrist. Martin will miss several weeks, ending his hopes of making the Mets’ Opening Day roster. Martin, who had pitched for the Mets before in 2001, had missed more than a week earlier in camp this year with a calf injury.
