The Mets top prospect, outfielder Fernando Martinez, is expected to be held out of full baseball activities for another week or so, according to my colleague and Mets beat writer Bart Hubbuch.

While he is being held out of full participation, Martinez, who has a strained elbow, has been cleared to hit.
