Matt Harvey’s latest redemption tour begins Friday.

Harvey is expected to start the Mets’ series opener against the Brewers in Milwaukee, the team announced Monday, after serving a three-game suspension without pay as punishment for missing Saturday’s game at Citi Field — an 11-3 win against the Marlins.

Harvey will return to the team on Tuesday, manager Terry Collins said, adding an apology is up to Harvey.

Harvey’s violation of team rules sent a shockwave through the Mets and their fanbase over the weekend after the struggling starter was scratched from Sunday’s start and sent home, thrusting rookie Adam Wilk into his place, who gave up five earned runs in the 7-0 loss to Miami. Harvey reportedly had a headache and cited a miscommunication for why the Mets did not know his whereabouts.

Harvey, 28, has yet to find his groove this season after returning from surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome. The former All-Star, who has had frequent battles with the Mets, is 2-2 with a 5.14 ERA.
