Max Scherzer has a new home.

The three-time Cy Young award winner has agreed to a one-year, $15.5 million deal with the Blue Jays, The Post’s Jon Heyman reported Thursday.

Scherzer, coming off back surgery heading into 2024, was limited to just nine starts with the Rangers last season after dealing with multiple injuries.

When he was healthy enough to pitch, Scherzer held a 3.95 ERA with 40 strikeouts over 43 ⅓ innings.

The three-time Cy Young Award winner opened the season on the injured list while he recovered from lower back surgery.

Scherzer also was on the IL from Aug. 2 to Sept. 13 because of shoulder fatigue, and he missed the end of the season because of a left hamstring strain.

Scherzer, who turns 41 in July, is second among active pitchers with 216 career wins — only behind ex-Mets and Tigers teammate Justin Verlander (262).

Toronto is now hoping to improve upon its 74-88 last-place finish in 2024.

Scherzer joins a rotation that is fronted by Kevin Gausman, José Berríos and Chris Bassitt.

The Blue Jays also have Bowden Francis coming off an impressive rookie season and Yariel Rodríguez, who signed a $32 million, five-year contract last February.

One week ago, to bolster their lineup, the Blue Jays added slugger Anthony Santander on a five-year, $90 million contract and they’ve been in the mix for Pete Alonso as his free agency lingers.
