What are the Mets going to do with Mike Pelfrey after yesterday’s 10-4 stinker here in Phoenix against the Diamondbacks? As if space cadet Oliver Perez hasn’t been frustrating enough lately, now Pelfrey is wilting at the first hint of trouble. It was the type of display that would make you wonder how much longer the Mets keep Pelfrey in the rotation. Problem is, internal options are almost non-existent with Pedro Martinez and El Duque out.
