The Mets’ game scheduled for Tuesday night against the Marlins at Citi Field has been postponed by rain.

The game will be made up on Monday, July 18 at 7:10 p.m.

Tickets marked “Tuesday, May 17 – Game 21” will be accepted for the makeup game on July 18. Fans who cannot attend the makeup game on July 18 are encouraged to follow the standard rain-check ticket exchange policy on Mets.com.

There have been 28 postponements in the majors this season, including the Pittsburgh at Washington washout earlier Tuesday. Last year, there were a total of 21 all season.

The Mets are home Wednesday night against the Nationals. Jon Niese will pitch.
