MIAMI — The Mets completed their bullpen today, at least until Duaner Sanchez is healthy again.

The club told Joe Smith that he has made the roster, winning a spring-training battle with Brian Stokes, Nelson Figueroa and Ricardo Rincon for the final spot. Smith will be a setup man until Sanchez is fit enough to pitch, which should be in mid-to-late April.
