Omar Quintanilla’s time as a Met is officially over.

The Mets shipped the utility infielder to the Orioles for cash considerations Friday, the team announced. Quintanilla, who was designated for assignment July 17, hit .257 with one home run and four RBIs in 29 games in New York.

The 30-year-old has hit .218 with 30 doubles, three home runs and 38 RBI in 256 games with Colorado, Texas and New York.
