Brewers make late trade for Shelby Miller, Jordan Montgomery

The Brewers made a late deal for a pair of injured pitchers.

Milwaukee acquired Shelby Miller and ex-Yankee Jordan Montgomery from the Diamondbacks, The Post's Jon Heyman reported.

Miller is trying to return from a forearm strain, while Montgomery is out for the season after undergoing Tommy John surgery in the spring.
